APPOINTMENT OF EXECUTIVE MANAGER

Marie-Louise Carroll has joined the EON Foundation in the role of Executive Manager.

Formerly the State Manager for Creative Partnerships Australia, Marie-Louise is highly experienced in business development, communications, program and event marketing and management, fundraising and stakeholder relations.

Marie-Louise worked as State Director (NSW) for the Australia Business Arts Foundation and prior to that as National Relationship Manager for the Surf Life Saving Foundation, roles in which she managed a wide range of partner and philanthropic relationships. Marie-Louise also served a 3 year term as Senior Classifier on the Classification Board, a full-time statutory board role, and is a former lawyer who has worked for the BBC and Film Victoria.

I’m thrilled to be joining the EON Foundation to assist with their work in improving nutrition for indigenous children in remote communities. Without good nutrition children cannot succeed at school, employment opportunities reduce and chronic health problems emerge. Prevention is key and I look forward to contributing to the wonderful work of the EON team with its focus on early intervention and long term sustainable outcomes. – Marie-Louise Carroll.
