• Check shadecloth is secure and tied firmly in shadehouses and

• Apply a 10cm thick mulch to areas that may become weed
infested during the wet.
• Spray with ‘Eco Neem’ for grasshoppers, locusts and scale.
• Spray with ‘Success’ for caterpillars.
• Spray with ‘Pyrethrum’ for aphids.
• Remove all weeds in vegetable beds and around fruit trees.
• Plant out all bush tucker trees and tropical fruit trees to make
the most of the wet season.
