SALAD
½ cabbage (of any type) finely shredded or sliced
6 finely chopped spring onions
1 packet of fried noodles
DRESSING
1 chilli finely chopped
¼ cup of vinegar
¼ cup of Caster sugar
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
½ cup of olive oil
CABBAGE
NOODLE
SALAD
THIS MEAL SERVES
SIX PEOPLE
SALADS
INGREDIENTS
1. Put all dressing ingredients in a jar and shake well.
2. Place all salad and noodles in bowl.
3. Pour prepared dressing over the salad and toss.
