THIS MEAL SERVES
SIX PEOPLE
CHICKEN MEALS
COOKING METHOD
STEP BY STEP
INGREDIENTS
1. Steam chicken and set aside to cool.
Then break off pieces of chicken.
2. Lightly fry the nuts in a pan on low
heat. Set aside to cool.
3. Make the dressing by putting all
“dressing” ingredients in a pan and
heat for 2 minutes or until the sugar
dissolves. Take it off the heat and
let it cool.
4. Put chicken and all other ingredients
in a large bowl and mix well.
5. Pour the cooled dressing over the
chicken salad and serve.
SALAD
½ cabbage finely shredded
1 steamed chicken broken into small pieces
6 spring onions finely chopped
100g of pine nuts or slivered almonds
lightly fried in pan
1 packet of Chang’s fried noodles
DRESSING
¼ cup white sugar
¼ cup white vinegar
½ cup olive oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
