Bonnie Becker

Human Resources Manager

Bonnie is EON’s Human Resources Manager.  While based in our Subiaco office she takes care of all of EON’s staff throughout WA and the NT.

Bonnie is an experienced Human Resources Leader, bringing to her EON role over 14 years’ of progressive experience and consistent success in providing support to medium and large size enterprises and their valued people.

Prior to joining EON, Bonnie held the position of Group Manager of People and Culture at a prominent Geospatial services provider.  In this role, she led various teams, overseeing Human Resources, Payroll, Workplace Health and Safety, and Marketing.

Pam Bond

Administration Assistant
Pam joined EON as Administration Assistant in August 2018. Prior to this she was working at The University of Western Australia providing administrative support to the ARC Centre of Excellence for the History of Emotions. Pam has worked in a range of fields including the political and industrial relations sphere, and has experienced life in a range of different locations in Australia.

Helene Woodroffe

Financial Assistant

Helene is EON’s Financial Assistant. She is an experienced bookkeeper in all aspects of accounts receivable, accounts payable and payroll processes. Helene also offers general administrative support to EON staff. Having worked in a broad range of sectors including small business, not-for-profit, education, banking and cultural heritage, her skills and knowledge are an asset to our team.

Tara Wright

Administrative Assistant

Tara grew up in Katherine, and is now raising her own family there. Working for many years in Local Government, including delivering projects and programs in remote communities and currently studying a Diploma of Business, Tara brings a diverse mix of skills, experience and local connections to EON’s team.
