Bonnie Becker

Human Resources Manager

Bonnie is EON’s Human Resources Manager.  While based in our Subiaco office she takes care of all of EON’s staff throughout WA and the NT.

Bonnie is an experienced Human Resources Leader, bringing to her EON role over 14 years’ of progressive experience and consistent success in providing support to medium and large size enterprises and their valued people.

Prior to joining EON, Bonnie held the position of Group Manager of People and Culture at a prominent Geospatial services provider.  In this role, she led various teams, overseeing Human Resources, Payroll, Workplace Health and Safety, and Marketing.

Pam Bond

Administration Assistant
Pam joined EON as Administration Assistant in August 2018. Prior to this she was working at The University of Western Australia providing administrative support to the ARC Centre of Excellence for the History of Emotions. Pam has worked in a range of fields including the political and industrial relations sphere, and has experienced life in a range of different locations in Australia.

Brooke Mackie

Executive Assistant, Katherine

Brooke joined EON Aboriginal Foundation in March 2025, taking on the Executive Assistant role based in the Katherine office. Brooke provides support to the operations team across the NT and WA.

Previously employed as the kitchen supervisor at Clyde Fenton Long Daycare in Katherine, Brooke brings to her role a passion for nutrition, healthy eating and cooking – as well as strong problem solving, time management and multi-tasking skills.

As the bookkeeper and administrator for her family business, Brooke is well experienced in a range of financial and administrative tasks – she is a genuine ‘all-rounder’.

As testament to her time management and multi-tasking skills, Brooke is also the busy mother of 4 beautiful children aged from 3 to 12!
