With Operations Managers and Project Managers living and working across an array of communities in regional WA and the NT, and office staff based in Perth and Katherine, it’s not very often the whole EON team gets to be together in the one place.

Fortunately, we were able to assemble for “Operations Planning”  in January- the perfect time to gather to reflect on the past 12 months and make plans for the exciting year ahead.

With the opportunity to undertake professional development with industry experts, and the chance to share experiences and troubleshoot challenges using the EON “brains trust”, it was a jam-packed three days.

Coming together highlights how fortunate we are to have such a dedicated and diverse team where, to paraphrase Aristotle, the whole truly is greater than the sum of its parts!
