Erika Wells, our super star WA Operations Manager, and currently Acting National Operations Manager, was one of four finalists in the recent WACOSS Community Service Excellence Awards.
Being nominated for the ‘Outstanding Contribution: Going Above and Beyond Award’ exemplifies Erika’s genuine passion, commitment and enthusiasm for her role with EON. Based in Broome but regularly travelling across remote WA and the NT, she has been instrumental in expanding and sustaining EON’s impact. Under her leadership, new programs have been launched in Mullewa, Rangeway, Wyndham, Frog Hollow, and Warmun, while she continues to support communities like Bidyadanga, Looma, Yiyili, and Yakanarra in their independent program delivery.
