Welcome to our Board Glenys

We are very pleased to welcome Glenys Grigson as a Director on the EON Aboriginal Foundation Board.

Born in Dumbleyung and raised in New Norcia (WA), Glenys is a proud Nyamal, Nyiyaparli, Yamatji, Noongar, and Badu Island woman, and brings her rich cultural heritage into all aspects of her work.

Glenys brings an extensive background in community engagement, strategic thinking, and leadership to her role with the Board. She has a deep passion for community engagement and development, making her a respected figure in her field.

My attraction to EON Aboriginal Foundation stems from its profound commitment to creating sustainable changes within Aboriginal communities. The foundation’s holistic approach to improving health and education outcomes deeply resonates with my values and aspirations. EON’s dedication to empowering Indigenous Australians and fostering meaningful community development is both compelling and motivating, driving my desire to contribute to such a transformative cause.

Glenys is currently Principal Advisor Equity, Inclusion and Diversity with Rio Tinto, based in Geraldton in the Mid West of Western Australia.
